Japanese Home Cooking Workshop

 March 9th. (Saturday)

​​Time  : 10.30 am - 02:00 pm. (3.5 h)

Place : Kakyo's Kitchen in Oberwil (BL)

Participants :  Min. 3 - Max. 4

Menu : Miso Soup, Tonkatsu, Gyoza

           * This is not a vegetarian menu.

Price  : CHF 135 p/p.

In this hands-on workshop, we are going to make Miso soup, Tonkatsu and Gyoza.

 

1) Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. Miso (fermented soybean paste) is one of the most important ingredient of the healthy Japanese cuisine. 

2) Tonkatsu is a Japanese pork cutlet. I am going to share my secret to make the meat tender, juicy and frying crispy! 

3) Gyoza is a popular Japanese pan-fried dumplings are so delicious!

Learn how to make the tasty fillings, folding technic of iconic half-moon shape and pan-frying very crispy!

After the session, we will have a relaxing time and have lunch together.​
