Sushi Basic Workshop

Participants: Minimum 8 ​

This hands-on sushi workshop is a perfect for beginners and who wants to improve your sushi techniques.

You will learn:

  • Cooking sushi rice properly. (demonstration sushi rice cooking)

  • Home made sushi seasoning.

  • Cutting the ingredients for sushi.

  • 3 types of sushi rolls. (Futomaki, Uramaki, Hosomaki)

  • Cutting and plating sushi profesionally.


The venue CWTCH* is located in St. Johann in Basel. Please arrive on time so we can start at 11:00 am!

Lots of useful tips and tricks will be shared during this workshop.
Your sushi making will be guaranteed a big success!
After the fun session, we will have a relaxing sushi lunch. I love to hear your sushi making experience!
