Service Description
In this cooking workshop, we are going to make a complete Japanese meal. What do Japanese eat at home? To answer this question, you are about to learn how to cook popular every-day meals from Japan. I will share easy, tasty and healthy authentic Japanese recipes, which you can make for your family! I will also introduce you to important Japanese “UMAMI” ingredients such as Dashi, Miso, Sake, Mirin and how to use them in your daily cooking. The menu will be carefully selected from very popular and authentic Japanese dishes. E.g.: Gyoza, Teriyaki chicken / salmon, Okonomiyaki, Miso soup, Udon noodles, Karaage chicken, Japanese salad, or vegetarian dishes and more. *Please note, the menu changes according to the seasons, and fresh food availabilities. After we have made our Japanese dishes, we will taste our creations and have a relaxing time. I love to hear your workshop experience!
