Participants :  Minimum 3, Maximum 4

Menu : Gyoza + Cucumber Salad + Japanese Egg-drop soup

Price  : CHF 120 p/p.

Gyoza are very popular Japanese Pan-fried Dumplings with ground meat and vegetables in a thin dumpling wrapper.

In this hands-on workshop, we are going to make Gyoza from scratch!

We will start with making Gyoza wrappers and delicious fillings.

For our side dishes, I can show you fresh and delicious cucumber salad and Japanese Egg-drop soup.

You can bring all your Gyoza back home.

After the session, we will have a relaxing time and have lunch together!​
