Gluten-Free Gyoza Workshop 
 April 18th. (Tuesday)

Time  : 10.30 am - 02:00 pm. (3.5 h)

Place : Kakyo's Kitchen in Oberwil (BL)

Participants :  Minimum 3, Maximum 4

Menu : Gyoza (gluten-free) + Japanese Egg-drop soup

Price  : CHF 120 p/p.

Gyoza is a very popular Japanese Pan-fried Dumpling dish with ground meat and vegetables in a thin dumpling wrapper.

Regular dumpling wrappers are made of flour, but in this hands-on workshop, we are going to make it totally GLUTEN-FREE!! So it is totally safe for the people with gluten intolerance or wheat allergies.

Additionally, we will make light and delicious Japanese Egg-drop soup.

After the session, we will have a relaxing time and have lunch together!
