Japanese Home Cooking Workshop

In this hands-on workshop, we are going to make 4 authentic Japanese dishes.

1) Egg drop soup. It is a very gentle soup with Dashi. You will learn the secret of Japanese to distinguish tast  "Dashi stock".  

2) Gyoza is the popular Japanese pan-fried dumplings. They are so delicious!

Learn how to make the tasty fillings (meat and veggie), folding technic of iconic half-moon shape and pan-frying oh so crispy! 

3) Yaki-Udon is a popular lunch dish. Stir-fry Udon noodles with lots of vegetables.

4) Edamame salad. I can show you super delicious and healthy salad!

After the session, we will have a relaxing time and have lunch together.​
